Dr. Griselle Marino is an experienced Florida Realtor with a rich background in the real estate industry. With a career spanning over three decades, she has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Griselle initially became a Florida Realtor in 1989 and spent 20 successful years as a Florida Real Estate agent, leaving in 2011 and returning in 2021. Griselle received specialized training and holds certifications for listing agreements, residential, and commercial transactions. She has also earned the prestigious Home Finance Resource (HFR), the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and the Pricing Strategy Advisory (PSA) certifications by the National Association of Realtors. Moreover, she completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE®) course , is certified in Short Sale and Foreclosure Resources (SFR), and as a Probate Specialist by the Residential Real Estate Council. In addition to her real estate qualifications, Griselle holds a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in English from Florida International University. She is also a Certified Legal Assistant, completed a postgraduate two-year program in legal studies, and received a PhD (Hon) DMin.
